2023/24 IBF TFIP Excused Absence Form

Attendance is a graduation requirement and will be taken twice a day for the entire duration of the course. Trainees must maintain a minimum of 80% of attendance per module, to graduate from the course and receive the certificate.

Please complete the form, upload supporting documents, and sign off. MC submission must be made within 3 working days from the earliest day of absence stated in the medical certificate. Any other forms of absence would be subjected to approval by the Program Manager. Trainees should submit the Excused Absence Form as soon as possible for processing.

According to IBF requirements, trainees must also apply for leave via HRMS and inform their hosting FIs of their leave plans, in advance. If you have any questions, please email ce.sg@digipen.edu.
