Institutional Withdrawal Form

To formally withdraw from DigiPen (Singapore), students must fully and correctly fill out the Institutional Withdrawal Form, after an exit interview with the DigiPen (Singapore) Student Life & Advising Counselor.

All property belonging to DigiPen (Singapore) must be returned to the appropriate departments. Students are responsible for all unpaid balances to the Singapore Institute of Technology. Students must also submit the withdrawal request on IN4SIT. If you have any questions, please email studentlife.sg@digipen.edu.
