Please read the following important information before completing this Document Upload Form B:
1. Read the admission requirements carefully for the program you are applying to. Refer to:

2. Note down all required/mandatory supporting documents before starting. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all required documents are submitted correctly and completely.
3. Take note of the required file formats for document uploads:
- Latest/most recent colored passport-sized photograph (JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF format only)

- Scanned copy of Identification Card/NRIC/FIN/Passport/LTVP+ card (PDF format only)
- Qualification Transcript AND Certificate (PDF format only)
- All other supporting documents (PDF format only)
4. Ensure that all file names do not contain any periods/full stops (.) other than the file extension.
5. Application Fee Waiver Period (for BA DECT)
All applications (for BA DECT) submitted on or before 01 September 2026, 23:59 (Singapore Time) will qualify for an automatic application fee waiver.
Important Notes
- The system’s recorded submission timestamp will determine eligibility for the fee waiver.
- Incomplete applications not formally submitted by the deadline will not qualify for the waiver.
- Applicants are encouraged to submit early to avoid last‑minute technical issues.
6. After the Waiver Period
For applications submitted after 01 September 2026, 23:59 (Singapore Time), an application fee of S$109 (inclusive of GST) is required. Payment instructions and available payment methods will be sent via email after you have submitted Application Form A and Document Upload Form B. Kindly note that once the application fee has been paid, it is strictly non‑refundable, regardless of the application submission status or outcome.
7. For a smoother application experience, use a Windows device. If you encounter loading or submission issues on iOS devices, kindly switch to a Windows device when completing this form.
