Guidelines
Before you make a submission, take note of the following:

  1. 1. AI Tools Declaration
If you use generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT or AI image-generation tools, during the creative process, you must clearly indicate this in your portfolio.

    Include a brief explanation of:

    - Which AI tool(s) you used
    - How you used the tool(s)
    - The specific role AI played in your creative process
    - Which parts of the work were created or developed by you

Your explanation should make it clear how AI was used and what your own creative contribution was.

  2. 2. File Size
The maximum file upload size is 20MB. If your portfolio exceeds this limit, please reduce the file size before submission. Compress images and documents to optimise file size while maintaining acceptable visual quality. If you have any video materials, you may include a clickable video link. Ensure that the link is publicly accessible and can be viewed without restricted access or login.

  3. 3. File Type Upload your portfolio in PDF file format only.

  4. 4. File Name
Save your portfolio file in the following format: FullName_Portfolio Example: JohnTan_Portfolio.pdf
Ensure that all file names do not contain any periods/full stops (.) other than the file extension.

  5. 5. Ensure that the first page of your portfolio includes your name.

  6. 6. A successful submission message will be displayed upon successful submission of this form.
