Graduate Employment Verification Agreement

To ensure accurate graduate placement records, the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (http://accsc.org) requires DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore to obtain written employment verifications for all graduates.

In accordance to your signed Student Enrollment Agreement, Clause 24 & Schedule J, this information will be used to comply with the ACCSC and other federal reporting programs.

All information provided will be kept confidential, and only for the school's record keeping. We appreciate your effort in filling up the entire form accurately.

You will be prompted to submit your employment documentation (contract/ offer letter), please have this ready.

Upon successful completion of this form, an acknowledgement will be displayed. You will also receive an email receipt of your response.
