Institutional Withdrawal Form

To formally withdraw from DigiPen (Singapore), students must fully and correctly fill out the Institutional Withdrawal Form, after an exit interview with the Student Life & Advising Officer. All property belonging to DigiPen (Singapore) must be returned to the appropriate departments. Students are responsible for all unpaid balances to the Singapore Institute of Technology. Students must also submit the withdrawal request on IN4SIT. If you have any questions, please email studentlife.sg@digipen.edu.

I have consulted my Faculty Mentor/Department Chair before making the withdrawal decision I have consulted Student Life & Advising Counsolor and I fully understand the consequences of my withdrawal decision on my grades, MOE Tuition Grant, and readmission opportunity in the future. I have returned all the borrowed item to the DigiPen Library I have submitted my withdrawal request on IN4SIT (Not applicable for those changing program within SIT) I have returned my SIT matriculation card, by either submitting it to the IT Helpdesk at SSC at SIT@SP Level 6 or dropped it in the dropbox beside SSC in an envelope and attention to "AP Admin".
