Career Services Professional Development Scholarship Application

Before applying, please read the guidelines below:

- Scholarship funds are granted on a reimbursement basis for the awarded amount.
- Partial scholarships may be awarded.
- Please note that funding may not be granted for travel-related expenses (e.g. flights, hotel, etc.). Ticket or pass costs are still eligible.
- The Game Developers Conference (GDC) passes and GDC-related travel expenses are not eligible for funding at this time.
- Requests for tech equipment for personal use or required materials for an academic class (e.g. tablets, laptops, art supplies, etc.) are also not eligible for funding.
- The professional development opportunity must occur in the future. Applications will not be considered retroactively.
- Funds must be spent and reimbursed within Fall or Spring semester. Applications will not be accepted during summer semester.
- Students may only receive one Professional Development Scholarship award per academic year.
