Group Tour Request Form

Group Tours are offered to student and professional groups grades 6 and up. They include a 30-45 minute tour of campus facilities hosted by Admissions Outreach staff, with time for Q&A at the end of the scheduled tour time.

During DigiPen's academic year, we limit most groups to 30 students or less, to ensure that we have enough staff and campus resources to host group visits without disruption to our college students' daily studies.

For groups larger than 30 students total, please indicate any additional details you can offer in the Additional Notes section of the form below and know that we will reach out accordingly to discuss what group visit options we are able to offer, before moving forward with your request.

Chaperones must monitor and maintain responsibility for students' behavior at all times. We require one (1) chaperone for every fifteen (15) students (i.e. 1 chaperone per tour group).

Groups larger than 15 total guests will be required to split into tour groups of 15 guests or less during their visit.

We ask that requests be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance, but no more than 3 months in advance. To schedule anything more than three months in advance please contact the office of outreach at outreach@digipen.edu.

We are currently prioritizing our high school visitors and are best able to accommodate middle school visits during November, December, January, February, June, and July. Please add below preferred dates and times during these months and we will be in touch.
